Cassie has always been driven by a deep sense of purpose, fueled by community, connection, and the belief that lifelong learning is essential not just for business but for life.
A lifelong entrepreneur, she has built businesses from the ground up: a promotional marketing agency, a beloved retail store, and most recently, a thriving consulting practice helping boutique owners grow more profitably and sustainably. Her journey has been hands on, heart first, and grounded in a real understanding of what founders truly need because she has been one herself, time and time again.

As someone who has supported business owners through both strategy and burnout, she understands the need for space that restores—not just temporarily, but deeply. Her coaching background and entrepreneurial grit come together to guide the vision of High Tide.
A Move Toward Purpose
From Virginia to the Coast
In 2020, Cassie moved from Virginia to the Georgia coast and acquired a beautiful 60+ acre property just south of Savannah.
With two guest houses, marsh views, and deep water access, it became clear that this land was more than a home. It was the beginning of something bigger.

Our first retreat location, Marsh Manor Retreats & Events, sits on Cassie’s Midway property and serves as the flagship destination for High Tide Collective. Though currently listed on Airbnb and VRBO, the property also hosts founder-focused retreats that center on clarity, wellness, and connection—laying the foundation for what’s to come.

How High Tide Began
High Tide Collective was born from the belief that when founders care for their health, everything else rises with them. What started with one property evolved into a long-term vision: to build 8–10 membership-based boutique resorts designed for business owners who need a place to realign, restore, and rise.
